In the world of Commercial installations things have changed drastically over the past few years with health and safety legislation and with our industry being one of the main services using ladders and the dangers attached, this has made us become more Health and safety aware. At Dudley Aerials our staff are all qualified and carry CSCS cards, they have all taken the UKATA asbestos awareness course, we have supervisors who are SSSTS accredited and our Director has an IOSH qualification. We are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI) our governing body, we have an external Health and Safety consultant Genesis Health And Safety Ltd and we are SMAS SSIP and CHAS accredited for our Health and Safety Systems.
On top of this going back to ladder safety and most sites not allowing the use of ladders or step ladder all our staff have a PASMA and IPAF qualifications as well so we are ready equipped to deal with any installation that may occur on site large or small.
COMMUNAL FREEVIEW TV SYSTEMS We can install a Single Digital Freeview TV aerial that can serve as little as a few TV points up to hundreds of TV points in buildings such as Schools, Hotels, Apartments and Hospitals etc. This is a cost effective way for building managers and Landlords to have a number of TV aerial points in a building with out having to have separate TV aerials all over a building, which does not look nice.
IRS integrated Reception Systems these are communal TV/Radio and Satellite distribution systems which use very technical equipment that deliver multiple signals down coax cables that can be viewed on multiple receivers from Freeview, Freesat, SKY, DAB, FM and Foreign Satellites this is ideal in multi dwelling buildings where central arrays can feed many TV points, however due to the fact that high frequencies are used and this is run over coax cable, systems need to be designed by trained staff to ensure the correct signal levels are achieved as per CAI codes and Specifications.
FIRS fibre integrated reception Systems this is the latest advancement on the IRS systems explained above, this is replacing coax cables as the main distribution network which can be prone to loosing signal levels over long distances with Fibre optic cables which has virtually no loss at all which means now TV, Radio and Satellite signals can be run much further distances. This allows the ability to have one central array configuration reaching much further distances which opens up the possibilities of more subscribers in larger multi-dwelling properties, Housing estates having one aerial/dish and no other property on the site needing to have any arrays installed which is much more aesthetically pleasing.

MAINTENANCE Whether you are a Manager of a Small development, public building, landlord, Main contractor or Consultant once your commercial installation has been installed it is important to ensure that installation operates day in day out with out breaking down. We always offer a warranty on our installations and so do the manufacturer we use for equipment, but what happens when all warranties expire it makes good sense to have periodic checks on your installation, aerials, satellite dishes, radio aerials the masts and brackets are all exposed to the elements 365 days a year and it makes sense to have these checked yearly for wear and tear. It makes sense to have periodic system checks this prevents break downs and interruptions in services, which then in turn prevents complaints and unhappy end users.
